It is best to measure both the thumb and wrist in inches if you can, as all our products are sized in inches. The thumb measurement will tell you the size guard you need. You will be able to select the size you need when you order.  If you find that the thumb measurement  is between two sizes, please select the larger sized guard for comfort.
