Do you accept bespoke orders?

Absolutely, yes. If you or your child needs a thumb or finger guard made in a particular way, such as a different fabric type, more or fewer fingers, open fingers, or specific fastenings, don't hesitate to contact us concerning your requirements. We are always happy to help where we can. 

Can I request a fabric design that you do not offer in your store at the moment?

Yes, you are welcome to ask us if we have a particular fabric design. If we do not stock the design or theme you are looking for, we will check if our suppliers have it available. If we can find the fabric design you would like we will let you know. We will then tell you how to order if you wish to proceed. We do not charge extra for this service. 

Can I ask for extra fastenings or a mix of two?

Yes, provided you can provide exact wrist measurements to ensure that we can place the extra fastenings in the correct position, we are happy to add additional fastenings on request.

I can't see the size I need in the drop-down menu. Can I ask for a different size?

Yes, please get in touch with us with your requirements. We will then advise you on how to order the size you require. 

Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?

Yes, we do offer bulk order discounts. The amount varies depending upon how many guards are purchased. Bulk orders should be 10 or more guards.

Do you offer discount codes for smaller orders?

Yes, from time to time we do have discount codes available. The discounts usually depend upon certain criteria being met, such as a minimum purchase amount. We also run special offers which are calculated automatically when you check out your purchases. Discounts are also available on our sales page.

I am sending the guards to a child as a gift. Can you include a card or a note? Also, can you gift wrap the guards?

Yes, contact us with your requirements, and we will be pleased to assist. There may be a small extra charge depending upon your needs.

Does it take longer to make and dispatch bespoke products?

Not necessarily. It might take a little longer if we need to create a new template or if we are waiting for further information from you, but usually we are able to dispatch all guards within 1-3 working days.
